Yesterday was our annual office holiday “party,” if you will. We’re a small company and try to come up with something fun and different to do each December. This year we opted for a hands-on cooking class; we learned how to make six vegetarian Indian dishes from the experienced and lovely, Manjula. This was my favorite shot of the day:

Hey, Manjula taught me to make aloo baingan last weekend! I love Indian food. I have considered becoming Indian just so I could eat it more frequently.
