Despite the strange turn that our family life has taken as of late, we do carry on like (jazz hands) "normal" people sometimes. Over the weekend, we celebrated quite a big milestone in our little family:
Our littl Moki turned two! And this time, we remembered!
You've come a long way, baby.
In other news, we also became aware of a heinous situation that had arisen among some local guinnea pigs. Apparently, Pepsi's unwanted advances toward pigs of the opposite gender were becoming more frequent, and less tolerated. One of the girls went all Mike Tyson on his ass, gnawing a chunk right out of his ear! The kids and I were horrified by this news, and immediately took steps to save Pepsi from further physical harm while preserving the rights and dignity of Roxanne, Nutella, and Goldie. As you might imagine, I had a few $9 ballpark beers on board when I indignantly demanded that the tormented beasts come and live with us.
Seriously. These rodents are actually in my garage right now. That's Nutella on the left (cowering) and Pepsi on the right (prowling). They are squeaky and weird. I'm not sure how long I have to pretend to care about them. It's not like we've got anything else going on though, right?
Okay, now, what?? Where/when/how did you find out about pepsi and nutella? From where did these rodents materialize? And really, what were you thinking?! lol.
ReplyDeleteLove the bilingual birthday song; those kids got talent!

I have to watch that video over and over again. I love Mr. Can in the background singing "Hooray for Mookie [as I still call him], Hooray at laaahst" and you chiming in, in the background "for she's a pain in the..."
ReplyDeleteYour boy is pretty nimble on that keyboard, dude. As he is, sigh in that bloody wheelchair.
Love you. Feliz cumpleanos to your gigantic puppy. And, yeah, good luck with those rodents.
