Weekend 3-Way: All Things Dad

Today is July 23, 2011. We lost Dad Corey a year ago, and oh, how we miss him. But we still have so much of him:

Ellie: The consummate family man.

We have Mom and our sisters . . .

Jacquie:  Jidoo passing his Lebanese cooking skills down to my girl. 

We have our heritage, and our sisters' families . . .

Beth: My ever handy and coveted 'doc corey' 

And we have all the handiwork he left behind.

Aw, Dad.

We miss you Dad, and we love you.

    We just passed what would have been my dad's 86th birthday, and three days later, my parent's 65th wedding anniversary. I lost my dad, my favorite hockey compadre, in March of 2003. After a few years, the pain is a little less, and the memories are just as sweet.
