A sanitorium? Haha - I would never have thought that. Think it is looking amazing! My girl will be so jelly. She keeps trying to keep her room clean for a decent amount of time so that I'll relent and spend the time and money to re-do hers, but she JUST CAN'T SEEM TO DO IT! Sigh.
