We spent a lot of years on the road, and stayed with a lot of people, but none, so far, have taken us up on our offer to stay with us.
Until now.
Renee lives in the Swamp, at Florida's Fakahatchee State Park.
And this is her neighbor.
Renee calls her Bitch. For obvious reasons.
Except for the alligator in the back yard, though, things in New London CT aren't really all that different from the Fakahatchee.
I mean, they have campfires, we have campfires.
Oh, we love campfires.
Okay, there are no Fire Towers in our front yard . . .
. . . but we love campfires. Love them.
And we'll have a full moon this weekend . . .
And see? They have fog, we have fog.
'Course, our fog outlines Electric Boat and Pfizer over in Groton, but still.
Okay, so New London is really nothing at all like The Swamp . . .
. . . which is maybe the point, if you're Renee.
We don't have alligators or fire towers or rivers of grass or swamp buggies.

Oh how I envy Renee. A weekend in New London with you and Mistah? Fabulous.
Maybe you have a bitch neighbor you could introduce her to?
xo,
Beth
Have a great time! Watch out for them gators. You never know what lurks deep within those New London waters.

The Swamp doesn't have Ledgie!
