Remember my brother-in-law Mr. Can-O-Beans? The premier, preternaturally-talented, über-mixed-tunes-making genius?
Well, he's back.
He's back, and he's better than ever.
When we last visited with Mr. Can, he had bestowed upon us
Girl Mix 1 and Girl Mix 2 . . .
. . . and Untitled 2 and Various 19 Songs. I guess officially that'd be Various 19 Songs 1.
But then Mr. Can had a creative burst, and, well, he shared the wealth. Not only did Mr. Can give us Mayer Hawthorne and Josh Rouse and Amos Lee mixes, he also went to town on new mixed-tune-conpilations . . .
Wait, make that CAN-pilations. 1 and 2.
(you can click on photos, always, to zoom in on details . . . )
And Jubilation Compilation and Serenade and Marinade (doesn't that sound fun?)
And It's a Sunday (which will always, always make me think of Mr. Can on a Sunday afternoon after a Chargers and/or Padres and/or Chardres victory) and Summer Simmer 2010. (As Can would say, "Simmer down, now.")
And, in that great Sir Mix-A-Lot tradition, Brand New Mixie Poo.
But with all this great new stuff -- put 5 of these bad boys in a CD mixer and let 'er rip and then you'll know what I mean -- there's one CD I'm most excited about . . .
A Mixie Poo of our own.
My life is now complete.

Ooh, that Brand New Mixie Poo looks great!
Awesomeness. That man of mine was born to DJ. He's very useful on roadtrips, although I never remember what anything is called so I just holler: "Put on that one that I like!!!"
xo
Jacquie
And he knows what you mean! Now that is fabulous.
As are all the mixes. I'm curious about many of the songs -- there are quite a few I am completely unfamilair with. Need to get my hands on some of those mixie poos!!
Early holiday for you it looks like, Ellie. Yeehaw!
xoxo,
Beth
