Bleed Blue

How 'bout those Huskies?!

We are dying here in southeastern Connecticut, dying. Over the moon about both our teams......

Two nights, two title games.

Thump, thump, thump goes the collective heart of UConn fans everywhere.

But in the meantime!

A certain someone took a road trip to Dallas lask week, in a tripped-out UConnMobile, making lots of interesting and significant stops along the way, to watch the UConn men in their improbable, unexpected, but perfectly spectacular appearance in the Final Four.

And it was not me. Or Mistah.

It was Husky Dog.

That lovable, irrepressible, irresistible Husky Dog took a road trip all on his own straight to Dallas.

And documented his stops along the way.

Cool car, Husky Dog.

Top of the world, Husky Dog.

Oh, interesting first stop, Husky Dog. Kinda reminds me of UConn's first tournament victory . . .

. . . the second stop's not half bad either, Husky Dog . . .

Husky Dog loves being first.

Husky Dog is a true patriot . . .

Husky Dog?

Oh, there you are, Husky Dog. And look! A stop at the Women's Final Four in Nashville. Nice move.

Possibly my fave pose of the entire trip, H.D. . . .

Husky Dog is very history-minded . . .

And . . . Texas!

And finally, sigh, Dallas.

Husky Dog has worked very hard to get to Dallas.. I admire his fortitude and his persistence.

Kinda reminds me of a couple of teams he represents . . . .

Go Huskies!

Anyhoo, I agree, I vote for supine pose on top of car as my favorite too.

Can't wait to see ol' Husky Dog rooting his teams on to victory!!!
