The Most Beautiful February Day in the History of Connecticut

It's true. It's February here in Connecticut, and yesterday it was sunny and gorgeous and sparklingly clear -- which is not unusual -- and about 55° -- which is.

Naturally, we went to the beach.

Ledgie loves these beautiful warm winter days.

What's not to love?

We saw a seal hanging out on a rock -- again -- but some dope in a kayak scared him away before we had a chance to take his photo. Again. We waited and waited, but he never resurfaced. Man, can ol' Sealie hold his breath for a long time. Either that or swim away really quickly.

Bon Voyage, Sealie. Come back soon. Please.

Sparkling. Did I mention sparkling?

. . . and Rocks and Bricks.

And planes . . .

. . . and peace.
