Ten word tuesday

Yesterday was our annual office holiday “party,” if you will. We’re a small company and try to come up with something fun and different to do each December. This year we opted for a hands-on cooking class; we learned how to make six vegetarian Indian dishes from the experienced and lovely, Manjula. This was my favorite shot of the day:

Several special spices selected to season, salt, scent, and savor

Hey, Manjula taught me to make aloo baingan last weekend! I love Indian food. I have considered becoming Indian just so I could eat it more frequently.

I know, and, of course there are the additional reasons of yoga and tantric, well, you know....

Did Manjula teach you via one of her YouTube videos?

I just realized that I commented via e-mail and not here. How annoying of me! That sounds like the world's best office party, and mine will certainly suck in comparison.

*I*'ve spent all day trying to think about 10 words on Manjula, and have failed, miserably.

See? That's *so* many words than 10.

I love the photo, though.
